Our Small Group Speed Training program is built for middle and high school athletes who want to move faster, react quicker, and compete with confidence in preparation for their sport season.
With just 5 athletes per group, every rep counts.

With 5 years of experience in private sector strength and conditioning, I’ve worked with athletes at the high school and collegiate levels, including time at Bentley University and several local high schools. My focus is on building athletes through the basics with a long-term mindset, preparing them to succeed in their sport.
My "Why" is simple: I believe I can help athletes understand and reach their full potential, both on and off the field.
